Mountain Air Country Club
- Prepared cost estimates and time schedule for project.
- Maintained project billing and staff assignments for extensive topographic surveys and construction stakeout of multiple facets of development in 2006 and 2007.

Mountain Lifestyle Development Group Projects in Western North Carolina
- Directed survey team on three different projects totaling over 600 acres including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision platting, subdivision design, and client contact by phone, email, meetings, and trips to clients base of operations in Florida.

City of Asheville (Buncombe County, NC) 2007-2008 Water Replacement Line Replacement Project
- Water Line Replacement Phase
- Coordinated field and office staff towards achieving goal of completing an existing conditions topographic survey of 19,000+ linear feet of water line.
- Meet schedule criteria of project by completing project within one month.
- Coordinated with City of Asheville Water Department staff on achieving project goals including obtaining water as-built plans of existing utilities and coordination with utility location services.
- Pump Station Generator Phase
- Coordinated field and office staff towards achieving goal of completing an existing conditions topographic survey of twenty five pump station sites, boundary surveys of 41 pump station sites, and parcel acquisition plats for fifteen pump station sites.
- Coordinated with City of Asheville staff to develop schedules and deliverables.
- Assisted in bullet design drawings for twenty one pump station sites including generator placement and grading.
High Grove Subdivision Survey Services
- Led staff in completion of as-built survey including 16,000 linear feet of existing road network.
- Completed location and topographic survey for eighteen separate wetland areas including topographic mapping.
- Prepared revised easement plats for LPP sewer systems.
Tuckaseegee Road Way Design Topographic Survey
- Completed project under tight time frame that included over 40,000 linear feet of proposed road routing.
- Project included coordination with road construction contractor to facilitate road layout.
EEP and DENR Stream Restoration Projects
- Worked with MACTEC Asheville to complete stream monitoring projects for Brown Branch, Hanging Rock, Little Pine and Glade Creek, and Givens Estates (13,000 linear feet of stream total) throughout 2007 and 2008.
- Morgan Creek Construction stake out (8,800 linear feet) in McDowell County for Evironmental Banc & Exchange and designed by Kimley-Horn & Associates.
- Morgan Creek Construction stake out (4,900 linear feet) in Haywood County for Restoration Systems and desined by Wolf Creek Engineering.
