About Us

Terminus Land Surveying specializes in ALTA, commercial, residential, topographic surveying, and boundary surveying. Located in the western North Carolina town of Fletcher, in between Asheville and Hendersonville, is situated ideally to provide surveying services to the area.

Chris Gagne, P.L.S., is the Senior surveyor and owner of Terminus Land Surveying. Chris is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Mathematics minor. Before starting Terminus, Chris worked in Massachusetts, Maryland, and North Carolina for land planning and surveying firms providing services throughout the east coast from Maine to South Carolina. His experience includes management and coordination of ALTA surveys, FEMA surveys, boundary surveys, residential and commercial land planning and site development, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, and hazardous materials site remediation surveys. Using this experience plus strong leadership, client relationship skills, and integrity, Chris brings valuable innovative solutions and Leadership to Terminus Land Surveying team.
